You can cancel your RelayNode subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. To cancel, please go to your account settings within the extension or contact our support team.
We offer a 2-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with RelayNode within the first 2 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund.
Refunds for renewals are generally not provided unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
