By accessing and using the RelayNode Chrome Extension, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RelayNode's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
Some features of RelayNode are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
We reserve the right to enforce usage limits (quotas) in our Fair Use Policy for the usage of our automation features to ensure stability for all users.
The materials on RelayNode's website are provided "as is". RelayNode makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
